Join us for the Shamrock'n half marathon on March 13th. Last year we had 13 people participate from Guiding Fitness and we would like to beat that this year!
So far we have 11 people signed up! We are training together every Sunday at 8:00am.

New Schedule begins tomorrow!
We are excited to roll out the Spring fitness class and Circuit Personal Training schedule beginning Monday, January 10th. You can see the schedule here.
Circuit Personal Training is sure to change the way you workout. It's personal training without the price. Guided workouts are provided and you work at your own pace. You meet monthly with a trainer for body fat estimates, measurements, goal tracking, and a fitness evaluation. You also receive discounts on fitness classes. Only $18 a week! Holiday Hours
Guiding Fitness will be closed December 23rd-December 26th for Christmas. We will open for regularly scheduled classes on December 27th.
We will be closed January 1 for New Year's Day.

Christmas lights walk tonight!!!
Join us at 6:30 for a Christmas lights walk. We'll meet at Guiding Fitness in Lincoln and head to the Pebble Creek neighborhood in Rocklin. Bring some coffee or tea, your family and friends, and enjoy the lights!
