New Classes Starting April 1st!

We are adding several night classes on April 1st including 1 hour Zumba, 1/2 hour Kickboxing and 1/2 hour Stability Ball for Arms and Core!!! Please visit our website or ask for an updated class schedule for times.

Welcome new members!

Guiding Fitness started out in July with 0 members and 1 trainer/instructor with a passion for helping people.

Today we reached our goal of 60 members and have a wonderful team of 10 trainers and instructors.

Congrats to those that are taking a step closer to living a healthy and happy life....we are happy to be a part of the journey!!

Guide My Fitness Contest

About 5 months ago, Guiding Fitness held a "Guide My Fitness Contest".

Part of the contest rules were that when the winners got about 1/2 way to their goal, they would have to help 2 other people change their lives.

A couple of them are ready to start looking for someone to help. If you are someone that could really use the support and knowledge that these contestants have learned over the last 5 months, please contact one of our instructors for information.

Support Group Reminder

Hi all!! Happy Thursday!!

I just wanted to post a quick reminder that we are offering a support group every Monday at 7:30pm. Anyone that has a class package is welcome to attend at no extra charge.

We cover important fitness topics and discuss challenges that may keep you from living a healthy lifestyle. We highly suggest this group for anyone that is dedicated to improving any aspect of fitness or weight loss.
