Today we had 14 people in our 6:00 TAB Class!!!!! 14 must be our lucky number. We would like to give props to every single one of our clients for the effort they have put into this program!! Keep it up!!
Tonight's class was AWESOME!!! Of course, my thigh's feel it. I'm excited that I'm getting closer to making it through all the exercises, now I just have to work on my coordination.....
