Holiday Workout Blues

This was a post from November that we wanted to repost because it is important.

The holidays have begun. Most gyms and fitness studios have a hard time surviving now until January 1st because their members get wrapped up in all of the craziness and don't make time to go to the gym. I'm going to tell you a little secret... THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO STAY WITH YOUR PROGRAM... for many reasons. Here are a couple of them:

1. Working out helps you cope with stress that comes with the holiday season.
2. When you are consistently working out, you are more likely to eat less.
3. It is much easier to get back into the groove after new years.
4. Think about how much easier it will be to finally reach your new years resolution.
