Live Online Fitness Class Schedule Posted. FREE til March 1st!!
We now have a weekly schedule set up for or live online fitness classes!!!!! They are now offered 5 days a week!! 1/2 marathon runners
We are having our first meeting for anyone that plans on doing the 1/2 marathon with us in March. The meeting is this Saturday at 10:00am. If you need a partner and/or have not signed up yet please still come and we will match people up.

1/2 Marathon Running Group
We are going to start training for the 1/2 marathon soon. Our goal is to train as a group at least 2 days a week. Here are some days and times that are available. Please leave your comments on which ones work best for you.
Tuesday at 5:15pm
Wednesday at 6:00pm
Thursday at 5:15pm
Friday at 5:15 or 5:30pm
Saturday at 10:00am (during the Fun Run)
Saturday at 10:00am is a set time. Once we get closer to the date, we may start at 9:00.

The Support Group Is Back!!!
Before the move, Guiding Fitness offered a support group as an hour class for those that needed encouragement, advice, guidance...and well...support.
We decided to put the class on hold for a while until we got settled into the new year. In the last week or so, there have been many requests to bring the group back.
If you are interested, please talk to Renee or Mallery about the details.
We suggest that everyone get involved. It is a GREAT tool for anyone, no matter what their goals are.
