Join us for our annual hidden falls hike and fit club bbq. It is free for you and your family. You can meet us at Guiding Fitness at 10:00am, or Hidden Falls at 10:45am. Winners of the fit club will be announced right before lunch. We will hike in to the swimming hole and have lunch there.
