Kylie's Guilt-Free Lasagna!

COOK IN LARGE GLASS PAN

2 lbs lean ground turkey
(Can go meatless) 
Brown and add to sauce


KYLIES SECRET
"Noodles
Large seasonal zucchini or squash 
Can use different size and color squash
*to be layered in place of noodles 
Cut in long flat strips  

1-2 jars of marinara sauce
Chopped veggies of YOUR choice.
  • green peppers 
  • tomatoes
  • fresh spinach
  • garlic
  • onions
  • mushrooms 
Fresh chopped basil to taste, salt, pepper
Simmer together add meat 

1 15oz container fat free ricotta cheese 
(Can use fat free cottage cheese as well) 
2 cups shredded or grated Parmesan cheese  
4 cups shredded mozzarella 
2 eggs  

COMBINE

15oz ricotta cheese, 
1c Parmesan cheese, 
3c mozzarella, 2 eggs in bowl  

Layer sauce, squash/zucchini noodles,
Cheese mix 
Continue to top
Top with let over mix of Parmesan and mozzarella  

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 mins or until "noodles" are tender. 
The longer it cooks the softer the "noodles"
